Your mission

Key Responsibilities

  • Digital Design
    • Design graphics for websites, landing pages, email campaigns, and social media posts tailored for B2B audiences.
    • Create visual assets for LinkedIn campaigns, webinars, whitepapers, and case studies.
    • Develop infographics and data visualisations to simplify technical or industry-specific concepts.
  • Brand Consistency
    • Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a professional tone suitable for business audiences.
    • Maintain consistency across all digital touchpoints.
  • Collaboration
    • Work closely with marketing managers, content creators, and demand generation teams to support lead generation and account-based marketing initiatives.
    • Work collaboratively with the digital marketing team to conceptualise and produce a variety of social media and campaign content. This includes the development of static images, video materials, GIFs, animations, and motion graphics. All created assets should be designed to enhance engagement and effectively tell a story that resonates with decision-makers as well as other target audiences.
  • Optimisation
    • Adapt designs for different platforms and formats (desktop, mobile, social).
    • Test and refine graphics for clarity, responsiveness, and engagement.
    • Use AI design tools to boost creativity and efficiency but avoid complete reliance by ensuring human input.

Your profile

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum of three years’ experience in digital design, with a focus on B2B marketing; background in professional graphic design, animation, video editing, or motion graphics, ideally gained within a creative or marketing agency environment.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing web and social media designs for professional audiences.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premier Pro) and Figma.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn and other B2B-focused platforms.
  • Knowledge of responsive design and UX principles is a plus.

  • Ability to simplify complex ideas visually.
  • Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, and layout for professional contexts.
  • Excellent time management and multitasking skills.
  • Creative problem-solving and attention to detail.
