Allocate and monitor budgets across all platforms to ensure maximum return on investment. Analyse campaign performance data and adjust tactics to achieve improved results. Content Creation & Optimisation Create and implement engaging, brand-aligned copy and multimedia content for web, digital and social company pages and leadership profiles. Collaborate with the Graphic Designer to conceptualise, create, curate, and schedule impactful content for web, digital and social channels - including company pages, leadership profiles, on all platforms - tailored to B2B audiences. Plan and manage content calendars to ensure timely delivery and alignment with broader campaign objectives. Conceptualise, shoot, and edit short-form video content, such as reels, for social platforms. Partner with the Graphic Designer to incorporate branded visuals into video content. Utilise AI tools for content ideation, video editing, captions, and the creation of trend-based content, while maintaining editorial control. Social Media & Community Engagement Manage and expand the company’s presence on all social platforms (LinkedIn as priority) Engage with audiences, respond to comments, and foster brand loyalty. Execute both paid and organic campaigns, monitor social media trends, and adjust strategies as needed. Website & Conversion Optimisation Collaborate with the Marketing team to improve and plan website content, design, and functionality. Implement A/B testing and other techniques to enhance user experience and boost conversion rates. Your profile Requirements Based in India (remote role). Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Excellent English written, editing, and verbal communication skills. Proven experience managing LinkedIn company pages, campaigns, and Ads for B2B brands or organisations, with measurable results. Demonstrated success in planning and running Google and Meta Ads for B2B re-engagement and lead generation. Proficiency in digital marketing tools (LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, HubSpot, Canva, Adobe Suite, etc.). Familiarity with social media management tools Familiarity with content management tools Understanding of analytics and ability to interpret data to guide strategy. Your profile Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or related field. Minimum of three years’ experience in digital design, with a focus on B2B marketing; background in professional graphic design, animation, video editing, or motion graphics, ideally gained within a creative or marketing agency environment. Strong portfolio showcasing web and social media designs for professional audiences. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premier Pro) and Figma. Familiarity with LinkedIn and other B2B-focused platforms. Knowledge of responsive design and UX principles is a plus. Skills Ability to simplify complex ideas visually.
