Role Summary

Graphic Designer

Key Responsibilities

2D visual mock-ups

event collaterals

·        Collaborate with event managers, production teams, and clients to understand creative briefs and deliver aligned design solutions.

·        Ensure designs align with brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all touchpoints.

·        Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to enhance event themes and visual storytelling.

·        Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.

Qualifications & Skills

·        Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.

2–5 years of proven design experience

·        Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite Illustrator, InDesign, CorelDRAW. Knowledge of SketchUp is a plus.

·        Strong portfolio showcasing event-related 2D designs/exhibition layouts, stall 2D designs, and mock-ups.

·        Excellent understanding of layout, typography, and colour theory.

·        Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with minimal supervision.

·        Strong attention to detail and a proactive design approach.

Nice to Have:

·        Experience working on corporate or large-scale B2B events.

·        Familiarity with printing processes and production specs.

·        Knowledge of motion graphics or basic video editing.
