Position Summary

We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing and creating visually stunning designs for a variety of projects, ensuring all outputs align with our brand guidelines and project objectives. This role requires a strong understanding of design principles, excellent technical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and Production: Create a wide range of digital and print materials, including:
• Website and social media graphics (banners, posts, ads)
• Marketing collateral (brochures, flyers, white papers, presentations)
• Email marketing templates
• Infographics and data visualizations
• Event signage and print advertisements
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team, copywriters, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements, present design concepts, and incorporate feedback into final designs.
• Brand Consistency: Maintain and enforce brand identity standards across all visual communications.
• Asset Management: Organize and manage a library of digital assets, including images, graphics, logos, and templates.
• Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring all deadlines are met and deliverables are high-quality.
• Innovation: Stay current with industry trends, design software, and emerging technologies to keep our visual identity fresh and relevant.

Qualifications and Skills

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communications, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
• Experience: 3 - 5 years of professional graphic design experience.
• Software Proficiency: Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud applications, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. Familiarity with other tools like Figma, Sketch, or video editing software is a plus.
• Portfolio: A strong, curated portfolio demonstrating creative thinking, a keen eye for aesthetics, and a diverse range of design work is required for consideration.
• Technical Skills:
• Solid understanding of design principles (typography, color theory, layout, visual hierarchy).
• Knowledge of printing processes and pre-press requirements.
• Familiarity with web design principles and basic HTML/CSS is an advantage.
• Soft Skills:
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design rationale clearly.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

· Additional Skills:

o Knowledge of Photography and Videography would be a serious plus point.

o Ability to travel and work under pressure would be required as and when necessary.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
