Field Sales Rep

You should have FMCG experience in the food sector to be considered for this role. Your responsibilities will include promoting the brand at food retail stores and B2B avenues across Mumbai in the given territory. This will involve visiting food retail stores, hotels, restaurants, catering organizations, etc., personally to meet with key decision-makers and extract sales. You will also be required to create a complete database of existing and potential clients. Negotiating and ensuring the completion of the sales cycle, including the collection of dues as per the agreed credit terms, will be a key part of your role. Collaboration with the marketing team to create collaterals, promotions, and ideas to enhance sales is essential. Additionally, conducting cold calls to identify target clients and traveling extensively across India when required are part of the job. Active participation in promoting the brand at events, exhibitions, and flea markets signed up by the company is necessary. Fluency in English, Hindi, and a third language is a must. This is a full-time position with a fixed shift from Monday to Friday. A performance bonus is offered. The ideal candidate should have at least a Higher Secondary (12th pass) education and a total work experience of 1 year. Proficiency in Hindi is preferred.
