Digital Marketplace Operations Manager

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Marketplace Management

  • Manage product listings on platforms like Flipkart, Amazon, Meesho, Myntra, and others.
  • Optimize product content, including titles, descriptions, and images for better visibility.
  • Monitor competitor pricing and adjust pricing strategies accordingly.
  • Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and guidelines.

2. Sales Performance Optimization

  • Analyze sales trends, conversion rates, and revenue performance.
  • Identify best-selling products and optimize stock availability.
  • Implement strategies to increase sales, such as discounts, promotions, and bundle offers.
  • Forecast demand and manage inventory efficiently.

3. Advertising & Marketing

  • Plan and execute PPC campaigns on Amazon, Flipkart, and other marketplaces.
  • Optimize ad spend for better ROI and lower ACOS (Advertising Cost of Sales).
  • Monitor ad performance and adjust bids, keywords, and targeting.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams for social media and influencer campaigns.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,256.23 - ₹25,000.00 per month
