As a field sales representative, your role will involve generating your own leads and building relationships with existing customers. You will be responsible for cultivating new leads within your sales territory, traveling throughout the territory to visit customers regularly, and managing multiple accounts simultaneously. It is essential to maintain records of all sales leads and customer accounts, as well as represent the brand during all customer and prospect interactions. Your duties will also include educating customers on how products or services can benefit them and monitoring the company's industry competitors, new products, and market conditions. Additionally, having your own 2-wheeler is a must for this role. Qualifications required: - Education: Higher Secondary (12th Pass) preferred - Experience: 1 year of total work experience preferred - Language: Proficiency in Hindi preferred - License/Certification: Driving License required In addition to the base salary ranging from 15,000.00 to 20,000.00 per month, you will be entitled to benefits such as cell phone reimbursement, Provident Fund, performance bonus, and yearly bonus.
