We’re looking for a talented Graphic Designer who can translate marketing goals into eye-catching social media visuals. Key ResponsibilitiesConceptualize and design graphics for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.) Create campaign-specific assets: banners, carousels, stories, GIFs, infographics Maintain brand consistency across all client deliverables Collaborate with content writers and account managers to understand campaign objectives Prepare final files for web and mobile, optimizing for size and resolution Stay up to date with current design trends, social media best practices, and emerging tools Required Skills & Qualifications2+ years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer, ideally in an agency setting Strong portfolio showcasing social media campaigns and digital graphics Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) Basic motion-graphic skills (After Effects or equivalent) a plus Excellent sense of typography, color theory, layout, and composition Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset Nice to HaveExperience designing for paid-ad creatives (Facebook/Instagram Ads) Basic understanding of UX/UI principles Familiarity with Canva, Figma, or other rapid-prototyping tools Web Designer / Full-Stack Developer Location: Varanasi (On-site) Job Type: Full-time, Work from Office About Us: We build responsive, high-performance websites and web applications for clients in Varanasi and beyond. We need a versatile Web Designer/Developer who can own both design and development, delivering pixel-perfect UIs backed by solid server-side logic.
