You will play a crucial role in delivering technical back-office support to Wolters Kluwers customers for our cloud-hosted financial management software applications, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Your primary responsibilities will revolve around analyzing, diagnosing, and resolving complex technical issues. This will involve collaborating with consultants, clients, and internal development teams to address reported problems effectively. Your tasks will include providing technical support to customers and consultants globally, focusing on cloud environments. You will be expected to analyze technical queries, troubleshoot server and network issues, and develop solutions based on the SaaS architecture utilizing Azure stack. Additionally, you will work closely with various teams, including Application Developers, System Integrators, Database Administrators, and Consulting professionals, to enhance product functionality and address customer issues efficiently. To excel in this role, you should possess a degree in computer science or a related field, along with knowledge or experience in Azure or other cloud platforms. Proficiency in programming languages like Java, JavaScript, and SQL is desired, as well as familiarity with operating systems such as Windows (Linux experience is a plus).
