Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Observability Analyst to join our team at Procore. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in monitoring and logging, with excellent analytical skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Design and implement comprehensive monitoring and logging solutions to ensure high availability and performance of systems.

Analyze complex data sets to identify trends and patterns, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.

Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to visualize key performance indicators and metrics.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve overall system health.

Conduct regular audits and reviews of existing processes and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards.

Provide expert guidance on best practices for monitoring and logging, promoting knowledge sharing within the team.

Job Requirements

Strong understanding of monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK stack.

Experience with log management and analysis using tools like Logstash and Kibana.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets.

Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience working with distributed teams.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.

Strong attention to detail, with a focus on delivering high-quality results and ensuring accuracy.
