As a DevOps Engineer, your role involves designing, implementing, and maintaining robust CI/CD pipelines to facilitate efficient build, test, and deployment processes. You will configure and manage containerized applications, ensuring high availability and scalability through orchestration. Automation of repetitive tasks for legacy platforms will be a key responsibility, along with optimizing resource utilization to reduce costs while maintaining high performance levels. Establishing best practices for managing vulnerability scanning, compliance checks, and secure configurations is essential. Additionally, you will implement Citi standard tools for Observability and monitoring applications, ensuring adherence to organizational change management processes, incident handling, and SLA commitments. Participation in release planning, production rollouts, and weekend support rotation is required. Your contribution to DevOps process improvement by evaluating new tools, practices, and automation strategies is crucial. Compliance with ITIL standards by managing Change, Incidents, and Problem workflow via Citi Standard tool, with a focus on SLA adherence, is expected. Collaboration with development and QA teams to ensure smooth integration and alignment across the development lifecycle is also part of the role.
