Director - Devops and Cloud Operations

As the Director of Infrastructure Operations at Infra360, you will be responsible for driving end-to-end delivery, solution architecture, and client success across DevOps, SRE, Security, and Cloud engagements. Your role will involve managing people, processes, and technology operations, contributing to pre-sales, strategy, and marketing enablement, and ensuring client satisfaction. You will lead and mentor a DevOps/SRE team, own project delivery, design multi-cloud solution architectures, enforce quality assurance processes, and build strong client relationships. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead and mentor a DevOps/SRE team (815+ engineers) across multiple client projects. - Own delivery of projects including SOW, milestones, SLAs, and client expectations. - Conduct sprint planning, standups, and reviews to ensure accountability and quality. - Design and review multi-cloud solution architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP) and on-premises solutions. - Define and enforce Quality Assurance (QA) processes for project delivery. - Act as a Hiring Manager: recruit, onboard, and scale engineering teams. - Build strong relationships with US-based and global clients, identifying service expansion opportunities. - Support pre-sales activities and collaborate with marketing for market positioning. **Qualifications:** - 8-12 years of experience in technology operations (DevOps, SRE, Infrastructure), with 3+ years in leadership/delivery management. - Bachelors/Masters in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. - Location: Gurgaon (On-site/Hybrid as required).
