Key Responsibilities:

  1. Production Planning & Scheduling

  • Set standards for planning with arrival of new projects, and maintain compliance of daily/weekly plans following with the standard.
  • Ensure production execution aligns with schedules.
  1. Live Monitoring & Performance Tracking

  • Track real-time production data and report deviations from plans.
  1. Data Analysis & Reporting

  • Analyze production metrics (cycle time, downtime, defects) and generate reports.
  1. Process Improvement Support

  • Document improvements and assist in implementing best practices.
  1. Documentation & Compliance

  • Maintain accurate logs of production plans and improvements.

 

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Education:

     Bachelor’s degree in Engineering

    (Mechanical/Production/Industrial)
  • Technical Skills:

  • Basic knowledge of production planning & manufacturing processes.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Power BI or any other analytics tool for data analysis.
  • Familiarity with Industry 4.0 is a plus.
  • Soft Skills:

  • Strong analytical & problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication & teamwork abilities.
  • Willingness to learn & adapt in a fast-paced environment.
