Job Title: Internal Auditor Location: Pune, India, Shenzhen & Ganzhou, China Experience: 1-4 Years Qualifications: IATF Certified, Knowledge of VDA 6.3 Industry: Automotive / ManufacturingJob Summary:We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Internal Auditor to join our team in Shenzhen & Ganzhou, China. The ideal candidate should have 1-4 years of experience in internal auditing within the automotive or manufacturing sector, with IATF and VDA 6.3 qualifications. This role will ensure compliance with internal controls, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.Key Responsibilities:Conduct internal audits in compliance with IATF 16949 and VDA 6.3 standards.Assess and evaluate quality management systems (QMS) and process effectiveness.Identify areas of risk and provide recommendations for corrective actions.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance compliance and efficiency.Prepare audit reports, document findings, and track corrective action plans.Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.Support external audits and customer audits as required.Stay updated with the latest industry standards and audit best practices.Required Qualifications & Skills:1-4 years of internal auditing experience in automotive or manufacturing industries.Certified in IATF 16949 and understanding of VDA 6.3.Strong understanding of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards is a plus.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.Ability to communicate effectively in English and Chinese (Mandarin preferred).Proficient in using audit tools and Microsoft Office applications.Strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently and in a team.Willingness to travel between Shenzhen and Ganzhou as needed.Preferred Qualifications:Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.Prior experience in supplier audits and process improvement initiatives.Understanding of automotive core tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA).
