About the Role

The Graduate Trainee – New Business & Growth will support the New Business team in driving growth opportunities for the agency. The role offers hands-on exposure to client acquisition, pitch preparation, digital solutions, and strategic planning within a fast-paced agency environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Support the New Business team in understanding the digital ecosystem, including

    Social Media Marketing (SMM), Technology solutions (Websites, SEO, AMC), ORM, Social Listening & Analytics

    .
  • Assist in

    prospecting, lead generation, and building a lead funnel

    through research and outreach.
  • Help maintain and update the

    pitch and lead pipeline

    , ensuring accurate status tracking.
  • Coordinate and assist in

    intro calls, pitch discussions, and follow-ups

    with prospective clients.
  • Support in preparing

    pitch decks and customized presentations

    based on client requirements.
  • Assist in understanding client briefs and contribute to

    cost proposals and documentation

    .
  • Participate in internal brainstorms and strategy discussions for pitches and growth initiatives.
  • Support the team during

    RFP participation

    , including document preparation and submissions.
  • Assist senior team members during

    negotiation and closure stages

    .

Eligibility Criteria

  • Graduate / Final-year student (Marketing, Management, Media, or related fields preferred).
  • Prior internship or project experience in a

    digital or advertising agency

    is a plus.
  • Exposure to client-facing roles, pitches, or RFPs will be an added advantage.
