Envertiz Study Abroad Private Limited, a subsidiary of Envertiz Consultancy, is a key part of the Envertiz Group. We collaborate with reputable education providers who are recognized for delivering quality education and are fully accredited by the respective countries' regulatory authorities. Role Summary: We are seeking enthusiastic and confident fresh graduates to join us as Graduate Trainees. This is an intern's role for six months followed by formal conversion to a full-time position by fulfilling the predetermined conditions. Applicants must have a strong command of English communication skills. The position requires a 5-day work week, from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM (Indian Standard Time). Key Responsibilities: Gain cross-functional exposure to various departments involved in international student recruitment. Handle student inquiries and provide professional guidance regarding admissions and visa processes. Communicate effectively with prospective students to build understanding and trust throughout the application cycle. Adhere strictly to the company’s Standard Operating Procedures. Follow up regularly with students, ensuring they are updated on every stage of the process. Maintain documentation and record communications via emails and internal systems (e.g., CRM). Educate students on compliance requirements and assist with document preparation. Maintain office protocols, confidentiality, and decorum at all times. Report progress and issues promptly to the Team Leader or Manager. Skills & Qualifications: A graduate degree is required; a degree in counseling or a Master’s degree is an added advantage. Strong command of English with excellent communication and listening skills. Basic proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word. Ability to communicate with empathy and patience. Professional attitude, attention to detail, and strong work ethics. Ability to work under minimal supervision while handling multiple tasks. Adaptability to changing roles and responsibilities as required by the organization. Performance Expectations: Work towards performance targets set by your line manager.
