Designation - Graduate TraineeEducational QualificationsB.Sc./B.Com/BBA/BCA/BA with 60% and above in 10th ,12th and Graduation & No Active BacklogsJob Description:Provide support on Outlook related issues and Windows OS related issuesEnd to end trouble shooting End user services network issueCoordinating with Vendors to troubleshoot on assets which are in WarrantyShould be ready to work in 24x7 environment.Preparing SLA/Performance reports and meeting with Customers to manage regular operationTicket handlingAddress user tickets regarding hardware, software and networkingPrepare, implement and verify the configuration and integration of a Node/system/servicesEmergency Handling and chronology preparationCoordinating with care/vendor team for handling resolved casesInterfacing with other Technical TeamsInstalling and upgrading operating systems and computer software.Coordinating with field team if onsite support required on faultsPreparation of script and Impact analysis for changes that needs to be done in network.Conduct remote troubleshootingEnsuring coordination with cross-functional teams (if any) for various issues during any configuration changes.Hand over and activity sheet preparationAbility to identify problems and act accordingly as per defined CM processEnsuring Post check of activities done during MW period.Experience in trouble shooting of configuration related issues.Graduate Trainee Requirements: Previous work experience is not necessary, but may be advantageous.A valid driver's license.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Excellent research abilities and a willingness to grow.A positive attitude and a growth mindset.A positive attitude and a growth mindset.Excellent research abilities and a willingness to grow.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
