Role Description

We are seeking Graduate Trainees for a full-time, hybrid role based in Mumbai, where some work-from-home flexibility is allowed. As a Graduate Trainee, you will support various business functions while gaining hands-on experience. Key responsibilities include interactions with hotels/ venues, conducting market research, sales promotions and onboarding of venues.

Qualifications

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients and internal teams.
• Ability to perform sales functions with a win attitude
• Basic understanding of business operations and the hospitality industry is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
• Ability to adapt, work collaboratively, and manage tasks in a hybrid work environment.
• Recently graduated with a degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Commerce, or a related field.
