On Field Intern (Sales and Partnerships)

You will be part of Bookbanquetroom.com, a white-labeled software solution for venue management and booking, which is launching a venue marketplace to transform how people discover and book venues for various occasions. This internship presents an exciting opportunity to join a startup during its launch phase, providing hands-on experience in sales, marketing, and the events industry. **Key Responsibilities:** - Identify and research potential venues such as hotels, banquet halls, lounges, and resorts in your assigned area. - Visit venues to present services, negotiate listing terms, and onboard them onto the platform. - Build and maintain strong relationships with existing venue partners. - Offer on-site logistical and coordination support during important events. - Facilitate seamless communication between clients, venues, and vendors. - Gather real-time feedback from partners and clients to uphold service quality. - Create and implement local strategies to acquire new venue and client leads. - Keep track of field activities, visits, and interactions in the CRM system. **Requirements:** - **Education**: Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, Event Management, or a related field. - **Communication**: Possess excellent verbal and interpersonal skills along with robust networking and negotiation abilities. - **Attitude**: Demonstrate a proactive, motivated, and results-driven approach, capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment. - **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace (Excel, Sheets); familiarity with CRM tools is advantageous.
