About Position
Statcon Powtech Private Limited is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Management Trainee to join our Marketing Department. This apprenticeship role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in marketing and business development within the fast-growing solar energy sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in formulating and executing strategies to support market expansion for Statcon Powtech’s solar inverter and power conditioning product lines
• Conduct market research to identify potential regions, segments, and industries for product outreach and distribution
• Support lead generation activities through both traditional and digital marketing channels, including LinkedIn, Facebook, and WhatsApp campaigns
• Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to align marketing efforts with business goals and customer requirements
• Track competitor offerings, pricing, and market positioning to provide insights for product and pricing strategies
• Assist in organizing promotional events, trade shows, and customer engagement initiatives
• Prepare regular reports and presentations on marketing performance, outreach impact, and growth opportunities

Qualifications and Skills

• Fresh graduate of Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Commerce, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Strong analytical and research skills with a keen interest in market trends and business strategy
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi
• Familiarity with digital marketing and social media platforms
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn in a dynamic work environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to renewable energy or technology sectors through academic projects, internships, or certifications
• Basic understanding of solar energy products and applications
• Prior experience or coursework in B2B marketing or business development
