Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Management Trainee – Infrastructure to join our team. This role is designed for recent graduates or early-career professionals who are looking to build a career in infrastructure project management, operations, and strategic planning. The trainee will undergo structured training and gain hands-on experience across various departments within the infrastructure function.

Key Responsibilities

Support planning, execution, and monitoring of infrastructure projects (civil, electrical, IT, etc. depending on industry).
Assist in preparing project documentation, including timelines, budgets, reports, and compliance records.
Participate in cross-functional meetings to coordinate project activities.
Analyse project data to track progress, identify issues, and recommend improvements.
Collaborate with senior managers and technical teams to ensure project milestones are achieved.
Visit project sites (if applicable) to gain on-ground experience and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
Learn and apply relevant regulations, environmental standards, and best practices in infrastructure development.
Support procurement and vendor management processes.
Prepare presentations and reports for senior leadership.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Electrical, Construction Management, or Infrastructure & Project Management, with a mandatory MBA in a relevant specialization
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Power BI. Knowledge of project management tools (e.g., MS Project ) is a plus.
Willingness to travel and work on-site if required. Eagerness to learn and take on new challenges.
