Graduate Engineering Trainee

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Management Trainee – Infrastructure to join our team. This role is designed for recent graduates or early-career professionals who are looking to build a career in infrastructure project management, operations, and strategic planning. The trainee will undergo structured training and gain hands-on experience across various departments within the infrastructure function.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support planning, execution, and monitoring of infrastructure projects (civil, electrical, IT, etc. depending on industry).
• Assist in preparing project documentation, including timelines, budgets, reports, and compliance records.
• Participate in cross-functional meetings to coordinate project activities.
• Analyse project data to track progress, identify issues, and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with senior managers and technical teams to ensure project milestones are achieved.
• Visit project sites (if applicable) to gain on-ground experience and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Learn and apply relevant regulations, environmental standards, and best practices in infrastructure development.
• Support procurement and vendor management processes.
• Prepare presentations and reports for senior leadership.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Electrical, Construction Management, or Infrastructure & Project Management, with a mandatory MBA in a relevant specialization
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Power BI. Knowledge of project management tools (e.g., MS Project ) is a plus.
• Willingness to travel and work on-site if required. Eagerness to learn and take on new challenges.
