Graduate Engineering Trainee

We are looking for a fresher who is enthusiastic about learning and supporting site construction activities. As a Trainee Engineer, you will assist in implementing technical drawings, supervising daily work at the site, and ensuring quality and safety standards are followed. You’ll work closely with labour teams, vendors, and your reporting manager to ensure smooth execution of the project. Key Responsibilities:

Support execution of construction activities as per design drawings. Assist in supervising labourers, subcontractors, and site vendors. Conduct site checks for quality, safety, and progress.Help prepare daily reports on site work and material use. Coordinate with the Block In-Charge for task updates and issue escalation. Maintain site cleanliness, safety, and proper material handling.

Location: Across Maharashtra Requirements:

/BSC-Electrical /B.E. / Diploma in Electrical Engineering.

Willingness to work at project/construction sites. Basic understanding of technical drawings (training will be provided) Strong communication and coordination skills, Eagerness to learn and grow in a site-based role
