Graduate Engineer Trainee

As a GET in the Maintenance Department at Vaibhav Global Limited (VGL), you will play a crucial role in maintenance planning, execution, building visits, renovation projects, R&D, and project management. Your responsibilities will include assisting in maintenance planning and execution of preventive and corrective tasks, troubleshooting mechanical/electrical issues, supporting sourcing of spare parts, participating in building visits and renovation projects, contributing to R&D efforts, and assisting in project management for maintenance-related initiatives. This role will provide you with hands-on experience to ensure equipment reliability and support department initiatives. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in maintenance planning and execution of preventive and corrective tasks. - Help with troubleshooting mechanical/electrical issues and reporting (ATR). - Support sourcing of spare parts and materials for maintenance. - Participate in building visits and renovation projects. - Contribute to R&D efforts to improve processes and equipment. - Assist in project management for maintenance-related initiatives.
