Product Strategy & Ownership

• Define and execute the product roadmap for

  Government and PSU-focused offerings

• Align product vision with government policies, digital initiatives, and PSU operational needs
• Identify new product opportunities based on tender trends, policy changes, and customer feedback

Government & PSU Sales Enablement

• Act as the

  product owner for government and PSU sales

  , supporting bid strategy and deal structuring
• Work closely with sales and presales teams to respond to

  RFPs, RFQs, EoIs, and tenders

• Prepare product documentation, presentations, demos, and solution narratives for government buyers

Stakeholder & Customer Management

• Engage with

  government departments, PSUs, system integrators, and partners

  to understand requirements
• Represent the product in customer meetings, workshops, and solution discussions
• Gather feedback from field teams and customers to improve product-market fit

Compliance & Regulatory Alignment

• Ensure products comply with

  government standards, certifications, security, data privacy, and audit requirements

• Track and incorporate changes in government policies, procurement norms, and regulatory frameworks

Preferred candidate profile

Requirements:

• Degree in business/marketing/communication/IT or, any other technical related field.
• Minimum 3 years of work experience in sales.
• Preferred: Masters degree in any of the above fields.
• Strong written and spoken communication skills, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Problem-solving and can-do attitude.
