Government Sales Manager

As a Business Development Manager in the Domestic Sales department engaged with Para-Military Forces (CAPF) and MHA, your role involves developing strategies to enhance market penetration and increase business volume. You will be responsible for managing the sales funnel for the designated region/market, monitoring sales growth and profitability to achieve targets, and boosting brand visibility through various channels like client visits, presentations, exhibitions, tradeshows, and business meetings. Your willingness to travel extensively is crucial for this role. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute strategies for CRM-driven business development and sales management. - Monitor and drive sales growth and profitability to achieve targets. - Boost brand visibility through client visits, presentations, exhibitions, tradeshows, and business meetings. - Work closely with the technical team to define and communicate desired specifications based on client requirements. - Identify opportunities during the conceptual phase before RFI/EOI and prepare winning strategies ahead of tenders. - Collaborate with back-end executives and other teams to ensure timely and effective bid documentation and participation. Qualification & Experience: - Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electronics & Communication/Any and/or Master's degree in Marketing/Sales (MBA preferred). - Prior experience working with State Police forces/Para Military forces with clear knowledge of business development in Para-Military (CAPF/MHA). - 8 to 12 years of overall experience, with 6 to 8 years in a similar role.,
