Government Relations Lead

Metamorphosis is one of India’s premier Web3 events, bringing together innovators, policymakers, and thought leaders to shape the future of blockchain and emerging technologies. As we gear up for our biggest edition yet, we are looking for a dynamic Government Relations Lead to join our core team.

Role Overview

You will be responsible for building strong relationships with government departments, regulatory bodies, and institutional stakeholders to secure high-profile participation, ensure compliance, and drive strategic collaborations for Metamorphosis 2025 and our other future events.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with key government ministries, departments, and agencies.

• Identify and invite senior government officials and policymakers as speakers and panelists.

• Manage all government approvals, permissions, and regulatory requirements for the event.

• Coordinate protocol, scheduling, and communication between government representatives and the event team.

• Develop engagement strategies to strengthen government partnerships for future editions.

• Stay updated on relevant policies, trends, and initiatives in blockchain, fintech, and emerging technologies.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in government relations, public affairs, or institutional partnerships.

• Strong network within relevant government departments and agencies.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

• Understanding of emerging tech (blockchain, fintech, AI) is a plus.

• Prior experience in large-scale events, public policy, or industry forums preferred.
