Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Governance & Risk Lead to join our team at ZS Associates {India} Pvt Ltd, with 7-10 years of experience in the KPO industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement effective governance and risk management strategies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Conduct risk assessments and audits to identify potential risks and vulnerabilities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement risk mitigation plans.
Provide training and guidance on governance and risk management best practices.
Monitor and report on governance and risk management performance metrics.
Ensure all operations are conducted in accordance with established policies and procedures.
