We are looking for a result-driven Google & Meta Ads Expert to manage, optimize, and scale our online advertising campaigns across Google, Facebook, and Instagram. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in digital ad strategy, audience targeting, performance analysis, and ROI optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, create, and manage Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)campaigns.
• Conduct thorough keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis.
• Optimize campaigns to achieve maximum ROI and lower cost per acquisition.
• Create engaging ad copies, creatives, and landing pages aligned with campaign goals.
• Monitor daily performance metrics and prepare detailed reports on ad performance.
• Manage ad budgets efficiently and ensure consistent growth in conversions.
• Stay updated with the latest platform trends, policies, and algorithm changes.
• Collaborate with content, design, and marketing teams to ensure campaign alignment.

Requirements:

• Proven experience (1+ years) managing Google & Meta ad campaigns.
• Strong understanding of PPC, remarketing, lookalike audiences, and conversion tracking.
• Certification in Google Ads and/or Meta Blueprint preferred.
• Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Ads Manager.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and reporting skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
