As a Google & Meta Ads Expert at Staffingine LLC, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive PPC campaigns across Google Ads and Meta platforms. Your primary focus will be aligning these campaigns with business objectives and target audiences to ensure effective reach. You will conduct in-depth keyword research for Google Ads and audience segmentation for Meta Ads to enhance targeting accuracy. Collaboration with design and content teams will be essential to create compelling ad copy and visuals that drive engagement. You will continuously test and refine ad creatives, copy, and landing pages to improve click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, and overall campaign performance. Monitoring campaign performance using analytics tools and generating insights will be crucial parts of your role. You will also be responsible for providing regular reports to stakeholders with actionable recommendations. Managing advertising budgets effectively to optimize cost-per-click (CPC) and cost-per-acquisition (CPA) will be another key aspect of your job. In addition, you will implement and manage tracking mechanisms, such as Google Tag Manager and Facebook Pixel, to measure and attribute conversions accurately. Staying updated with the latest trends, features, and best practices in digital advertising will be essential to maintain a competitive edge in the industry. To qualify for this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns is required. Google Ads Certification and Meta Blueprint Certification are preferred certifications for this position. Proficiency in Google Ads and Meta Ads management, experience in analyzing and optimizing ad campaigns, knowledge of SEO and SEM practices, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and collaboration abilities, as well as experience with A/B testing and data-driven decision-making are key skills necessary for success in this role.,
