Job Description : We are seeking an experienced Google Analytics Specialist to join our team on a contract basis. In this fully remote role, you will leverage your deep expertise in digital analytics to monitor, interpret, and optimize website and campaign performance. Your insights will play a key role in informing data-driven decisions across marketing and product strategies. Responsibilities : - Analyze website traffic, user behavior, and marketing campaign performance using Google Analytics. - Deliver actionable insights and recommendations to optimize digital experiences and conversion rates. - Configure and manage tagging through tools like Tealium and Adobe Analytics. - Interpret and validate tracking implementations using JavaScript and browser debugging tools. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and analytics requirements. - Support the development of dashboards and reports for stakeholders. - Uphold best practices in data governance, privacy compliance, and analytics strategy. Qualifications - 7+ years of experience working with Google Analytics (GA4 preferred). - Proficient with Tag Management Systems (Tealium preferred). - Experience with Web Analytics tools (Adobe Analytics is a plus). - Solid understanding of JavaScript (able to read and debug tracking code). - Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML and CSS. - Strong foundation in software development practices including version control (GitHub), unit testing, DevOps, and Agile methodologies. - Advanced analytical, statistical, and problem-solving skills. - Strong communication skills and the ability to translate complex data into clear business insights.
