Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Application Specialist to join our team at LIXIL, with a focus on RTR. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in application development and implementation.

Roles and Responsibility

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop applications that meet business requirements.
Implement and maintain existing applications, ensuring they are up-to-date and running smoothly.
Provide technical support and training to end-users on new and existing applications.
Analyze and resolve technical issues related to applications, providing solutions or alternatives when necessary.
Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide recommendations for process improvements.
Develop and maintain documentation of application development and maintenance processes.

Job Requirements

Strong understanding of software development principles and methodologies.
Experience with application development tools and technologies, such as Agile methodologies.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex technical issues.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating a flexible and adaptable approach.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to deliver high-quality results.
