Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Team Lead - Senior Secondary Structure Engineer to join our team at Siemens Gamesa. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in structural engineering and excellent leadership skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Design and develop secondary structures for various projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Lead a team of engineers to achieve project goals and objectives, providing guidance and support as needed.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.
Conduct site visits to monitor progress and resolve technical issues.
Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure high-quality results.
Analyze data and provide recommendations for process improvements.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field; Master's degree preferred.
Minimum 5 years of experience in structural engineering, preferably in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of structural analysis and design principles.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in relevant software and tools.
