Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Lead Consultant Software to join our team at Firstsource. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software consulting and excellent leadership skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement software solutions.
Develop and maintain technical documentation for software projects.
Provide technical guidance and support to junior consultants.
Participate in code reviews and ensure high-quality code standards.
Identify and mitigate potential risks in software development projects.
Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to understand their requirements.
