Job Overview:

Senior Google Analytics Developer

support-focused role

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide

  technical support and troubleshooting

  for Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager setups across multiple websites and apps.
• Monitor data accuracy and resolve

  discrepancies, missing events, and tracking issues

  .
• Respond to internal stakeholder requests for

  data validation, new tag deployments, or reporting issues

  .
• Manage and update

  GTM containers

  , including modifying or creating triggers, tags, and variables.
• Validate tracking against technical documentation and business requirements.
• Work closely with developers to

  troubleshoot data layer issues

  and implement required changes.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to support campaign tracking and conversion analysis.
• Perform

  regular audits and QA testing

  of analytics setups.
• Support integration of GA4 with tools like

  Looker Studio

• Maintain clear and up-to-date documentation for tags, data layers, and tracking configurations.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 4+ years of hands-on experience with

  Google Analytics (including GA4)

  and

  Google Tag Manager

• Strong ability to

  diagnose and fix tracking issues

  quickly and effectively.
• Experience working with

  data layers

  and debugging tools (e.g., GA Debugger, Tag Assistant, Chrome DevTools).
• Good understanding of

  JavaScript

  and browser behavior related to tracking.
• Experience working in

  support/ticketing environments

  (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow, Zendesk).
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to

  data accuracy and integrity

• Effective communication skills for interacting with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to Have:

• Google Analytics / GTM Certifications
• Experience with

  Consent Management Platforms (CMPs)
