We’re looking for a Google Ads Specialist to join our in-house digital marketing team at Websterz Technologies.

✅ Your Role:

As a Google Ads Specialist, you’ll be responsible for managing, optimizing, and scaling paid ad campaigns across Google platforms to drive quality traffic, leads, and ROI for our clients.

• 🔧 Key Responsibilities:Create and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Shopping, Video).
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and market trends.
• Write compelling ad copies and perform A/B testing.
• Monitor performance and optimize for conversions and ROAS.
• Set up conversion tracking and regularly report on performance.
• Collaborate with SEO, social media, and design teams for integrated campaigns.
• 🧠 Skills & Requirements:1–3 years of hands-on experience in Google Ads campaign management.
• Strong understanding of bidding strategies, Quality Score, audience targeting, and campaign segmentation.
• Experience with tools like Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and Google Merchant Center.
• Certification in Google Ads (preferred).
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication and time management.
