Websterz Technologies is hiring a result-driven Business Development Executive/Manager who can confidently generate leads and close digital marketing projects from overseas markets. The ideal candidate is ambitious, confident in client communication, and well-versed in digital services like SEO, SMM, and Paid Ads..

Role Overview

  • Key Responsibilities: Identify and reach out to potential clients via LinkedIn, email, cold calls, freelance platforms, or agency directories.
  • Pitch digital marketing services (SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Social Media, Web Design) to businesses in USA, Canada, Ireland, and Australia.
  • Prepare custom proposals and pitch decks tailored to client needs.
  • Conduct online meetings, strategy calls, and demos with prospects.
  • Meet or exceed monthly targets for leads and closed deals.
  • Manage the sales pipeline and report weekly progress.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding.
  • Stay updated on digital marketing trends, competitive landscape, and outreach strategies.


  • Required Skills & Experience–4 years of experience in business development/sales for a digital marketing agency.
  • Experience working with international clients, especially in the US and Commonwealth countries.
  • Strong command over English, with excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Good understanding of services like SEO, Meta Ads, Google Ads, Website Development, and SMM.
  • Proven ability to meet KPIs and revenue goals.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and result-oriented.


  • Preferred Qualifications: exposure to tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, Upwork, or Apollo.
  • Knowledge of white-label partnerships or offshore agency collaborations.
  • Existing LinkedIn connections or leads in the health & wellness or local business niches.
  • Comfortable with lead follow-ups via email, WhatsApp, Zoom, and CRM tools.
