We are a growing digital marketing agency offering SEO, Meta Ads, Social Media Marketing, Email Marketing, and Website Development services to clients across the USA, Canada, Australia, and Ireland . We are seeking a Business Growth Partner who understands how to generate leads, close deals, and scale a digital marketing business . Your Role As our Business Growth Partner , you will: ✅ Generate leads through smart strategies like paid campaigns, LinkedIn (Sales Navigator), Upwork, cold outreach, or any platform you know best. ✅ Convert leads into clients with confidence and negotiation skills. ✅ Handle client questions about our services (SEO, Meta Ads, Social Media, Website Development, etc.) — you don’t need to be a technical expert. Still, you must know how to answer confidently and give relevant insights (like how SEO works for their business). ✅ Work closely with our team to align client needs with the right services. ✅ Achieve monthly targets based on new client acquisitions and closed deals. ✅ Drive business growth by contributing new ideas, strategies, and partnerships. What We’re Looking For ✅ Proven experience in sales or business development for digital marketing/IT services. ✅ Knowledge of lead generation channels — paid campaigns, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork, or other platforms. ✅ Excellent communication and deal-closing skills . ✅ Clever problem solver who can think on their feet and handle client objections. ✅ A basic understanding of digital marketing services (SEO, Meta Ads, Social Media, Websites) to explain the value to clients. ✅ Target-driven mindset with a hunger to grow. Compensation This is a commission-based opportunity, with monthly targets to achieve. The more deals you close, the more you earn. Your income potential is uncapped based on performance.
