Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify new business opportunities in the digital marketing domain.
  • Engage with prospective and existing clients to understand their marketing goals and challenges.
  • Propose customized digital marketing strategies to enhance brand engagement and lead conversion.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, agency partners, and stakeholders.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new and existing services.
  • Prepare compelling proposals, presentations, and business plans.
  • Negotiate contracts, commercial terms, and service agreements to close deals.
  • Participate in client pitches, respond to RFPs, and represent the company at industry events.
  • Ensure smooth project handover to delivery teams and maintain high client satisfaction.
  • Continuously improve sales processes and business development strategies.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Drive innovation in sales approaches using new technologies, social selling, and digital engagement tactics.
