Google Ads Specialist

We are looking for a results-driven Google Ads Specialist to manage paid search campaigns on Google and ensure ROI optimization. The ideal candidate must have a strong grasp of Google Ads, keyword research, campaign setup, A/B testing, analytics, and performance tracking.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns for various clients/brands.

Conduct keyword research and optimize bidding strategies.

Write compelling ad copy, including headlines and descriptions.

Monitor and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and Google Ads reports.

Perform A/B testing on ads, landing pages, and audience segments.

Maximize ROI by adjusting ad strategies and targeting options.

Stay updated with Google algorithm changes and new ad formats.

Collaborate with SEO and content teams to ensure a unified digital strategy.

Prepare monthly performance reports and suggest improvements.

Requirements:

Proven experience in managing Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping).

Google Ads certification is a plus.

Strong understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition.

Hands-on experience with Google Analytics and other tracking tools.

Ability to analyze data and provide evidence-based recommendations.

Strong attention to detail, organizational, and time management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in working with small to medium-sized businesses or digital agencies.

Knowledge of other paid platforms (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) is a plus.

Familiarity with landing page optimization tools (Unbounce, Instapage, etc.).
