Google Ads Specialist

As a results-driven Google Ads Specialist, you will be an integral part of our digital marketing team. Your primary focus will be to plan, execute, and optimize paid search campaigns on Google Ads to drive traffic, conversions, and ROI across multiple campaigns. Your responsibilities will include planning and executing paid search campaigns on various Google Ads platforms such as Search, Display, Shopping, and YouTube. You will conduct keyword research, write compelling ad copies, and manage bids to enhance campaign performance. Monitoring and optimizing campaigns based on key performance indicators like CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS will be crucial. Implementing A/B testing on ad creatives and landing pages to improve campaign effectiveness is also part of your role. You will analyze performance data utilizing tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Google Data Studio. Collaborating with design, content, and SEO teams to ensure messaging alignment and performance improvement will be essential. Moreover, staying updated on platform changes, trends, and best practices in PPC and digital advertising is necessary to excel in this role. The ideal candidate should possess proven experience in managing Google Ads campaigns and a solid understanding of PPC advertising and conversion tracking. Certification in Google Ads (Search/Display/Video) would be advantageous. Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Excel/Sheets is required. An analytical mindset with keen attention to detail, along with strong communication and reporting skills, are essential for success in this position. Preferred qualifications include experience with remarketing, audience targeting, and Lookalike/Custom Audiences. Familiarity with other PPC platforms such as Bing Ads and Meta Ads is a bonus, and prior agency experience would be beneficial.
