Photo & Videographer (2–3 Years Experience) – Immediate Hiring Company: Tidsol Digital Marketing Agency Location: Trivandrum, Kerala Job Type: Full-Time Experience Required: 2 to 3 Years Start Date: Immediate About Tidsol: Tidsol is a fast-growing digital marketing agency delivering innovative solutions in social media marketing, brand building, video production, and more. We help brands tell their stories through compelling visual content that drives engagement and results. We are currently expanding our creative team and are on the lookout for a talented Photo & Videographer with 2–3 years of experience to join us immediately. Job Overview: The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing, shooting, and editing both photos and videos for marketing campaigns, branding, events, and social media. You’ll work alongside our creative and marketing teams to bring ideas to life through high-quality visual storytelling. Key Responsibilities: Photography Conduct professional photo shoots for products, clients, branding, and events. Edit and retouch photos using Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop. Ensure consistency in style, lighting, and color grading. Videography Plan, shoot, and edit engaging video content such as Reels, YouTube videos, promotional videos, interviews, and events. Edit using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or Final Cut Pro. Add subtitles, animations, sound effects, and transitions as needed. Production & Equipment Operate and maintain cameras, lighting, microphones, and stabilizers. Set up scenes with appropriate lighting and audio. Organize and back up media files systematically. Work on both indoor studio and outdoor location shoots. Requirements: 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in both photography and videography. Strong portfolio/demo reel showcasing professional work. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Lightroom, Photoshop, After Effects). Experience with DSLR/mirrorless cameras and studio lighting setups. Understanding of framing, composition, audio, and visual storytelling. Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects with tight deadlines. Preferred Skills (Good to Have): Drone operating skills and basic editing for aerial videos. Motion graphics or animation skills. Familiarity with product photography or branding shoots.
