Google Ads Specialist

We are seeking a results-oriented and analytical Performance Marketing Manager to lead our paid acquisition strategy and optimize digital marketing performance across various channels. Your primary responsibilities will include driving qualified traffic, enhancing conversion rates, and maximizing marketing ROI. In this role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to scale customer acquisition, experiment with new strategies, and incorporate data-driven insights into all your campaigns. Your duties will involve creating and implementing a robust performance marketing strategy, managing digital prospecting and remarketing campaigns, overseeing budgets and campaigns across digital channels, conducting A/B testing and conversion rate optimization, and ensuring successful planning and optimization for key traffic KPIs via paid, organic, and own media channels. Additionally, you will be expected to identify and test new channels to maintain or surpass established critical metrics, utilize marketing automation and lead generation strategies, collaborate with management to share funnel conversion improvement ideas and results, and stay abreast of the latest performance marketing trends and technologies.
