Job Description

We are seeking a results-oriented and analytical Performance Marketing Manager to lead our paid acquisition strategy and optimize digital marketing performance across various channels. Your primary responsibilities will include driving qualified traffic, enhancing conversion rates, and maximizing marketing ROI. In this role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to scale customer acquisition, experiment with new strategies, and incorporate data-driven insights into all your campaigns. Your duties will involve creating and implementing a robust performance marketing strategy, managing digital prospecting and remarketing campaigns, overseeing budgets and campaigns across digital channels, conducting A/B testing and conversion rate optimization, and ensuring successful planning and optimization for key traffic KPIs via paid, organic, and own media channels. Additionally, you will be expected to identify and test new channels to maintain or surpass established critical metrics, utilize marketing automation and lead generation strategies, collaborate with management to share funnel conversion improvement ideas and results, and stay abreast of the latest performance marketing trends and technologies. Key Requirements: - Possess a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field - Previous experience in a similar role with a track record of building effective multi-channel marketing strategies - Solid expertise in campaign and channel analysis and reporting, including proficiency in Google Analytics - Demonstrated success in managing multi-channel campaigns such as Google Ads, Meta, SEO/SEM, affiliates, and display - Proficiency in marketing tools like Google Analytics, GA4, Google Tag Manager, HubSpot, or equivalent - Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate insights into campaign optimizations - Experience in growth environments like startups, DTC, SaaS, or eCommerce is advantageous - Highly goal-oriented with excellent communication skills - Open-minded, curious, and adept at problem-solving Location: Sector 82, Mohali Contact: 9988400877 Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Work Location: In person,
