Google Ads Specialist

Job description

We are seeking a highly skilled Performance Marketing Manager with strong expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads to lead campaign strategy, execution, and optimization. This role requires a data‑driven marketer who can plan, implement, and scale paid campaigns while managing budgets and driving high‑quality leads and sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute performance marketing strategies for Google Ads & Meta Ads.
• Manage end‑to‑end campaigns – from planning, ad creation, targeting, and A/B testing to reporting.
• Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns to achieve KPIs (CPL, ROAS, CTR, etc.).
• Perform keyword research, audience targeting, and competitive analysis.
• Prepare performance reports and provide actionable insights to improve results.
• Manage ad budgets efficiently to maximize ROI.
• Stay updated with the latest platform changes, trends, and best practices.
• Collaborate with design/content teams for creative ad assets.
• Drive lead generation and conversion optimization strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of hands‑on experience in Google Ads & Meta Ads campaign management.
• Proven track record of delivering successful lead generation and e‑commerce campaigns.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, Ads Manager, and reporting tools.
• Excellent understanding of CPC, CPM, CPA, ROAS, and other performance metrics.
• Experience with retargeting, remarketing, and lookalike audience campaigns.
• Ability to manage large ad budgets efficiently.
• Strong communication and project management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Certification in Google Ads and/or Meta Blueprint.
• Experience with other paid media channels (LinkedIn Ads, YouTube Ads, etc.).
• Knowledge of SEO basics to complement paid strategies.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
