Google Ads Team (3 Positions)

• Google Ads Executive (6+ Months Experience)
• Experience in managing Google Search and Display campaigns.
• Understanding of Google Ads Manager and campaign setup processes.
• Ability to optimize campaigns to achieve KPIs.
• Sr. Google Ads Executive (2 Positions with 1+ Year Experience)
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads (Search, Display, Video, and Shopping).
• Hands-on experience with Google Analytics and conversion tracking.
• Proven ability to drive results through keyword strategies and bid optimization.

Key Selection Criteria

• Performance-Driven Approach: Candidates should have a proven ability to achieve performance marketing goals.
• Analytical Mindset: Strong skills in analyzing campaign data and deriving actionable insights.
• Creativity and Strategy: Ability to think outside the box and develop creative campaign strategies.
• Certification (Preferred but Not Mandatory): Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication for effective client interactions and reporting.
• Team Collaboration: Ability to work well with cross-functional teams and contribute to the team's growth.
