Google Ads Specialist

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled and results-driven Google Ads Specialist to manage and optimize our paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads platforms. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in planning, executing, and analyzing paid search and display campaigns that drive measurable ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Shopping, Video, and Discovery).
• Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis.
• Write compelling ad copy and create high-performing ad creatives.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance using Google Ads, Google Analytics, and other tools.
• Perform A/B testing on ads and landing pages.
• Optimize campaigns for conversions, CTR, quality score, and cost-efficiency.
• Generate regular performance reports with actionable insights.
• Stay updated with Google Ads policies and industry trends.
• Collaborate with content, SEO, and design teams to align paid strategies with overall marketing goals.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience (2+ years) managing Google Ads campaigns.
• Google Ads Certification is a strong plus.
• Strong knowledge of keyword research tools and Google Ads Editor.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Data Studio.
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
• Experience with e-commerce (if applicable) or lead generation campaigns is preferred.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with other platforms (Meta Ads, LinkedIn, Bing).
• Familiarity with CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization).
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for landing page optimization.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,863.14 per month
