Job Description

Role Overview: As a Google Ads and Meta Ads Specialist, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns across Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) platforms. You’ll use your expertise to optimize ad performance, increase ROI, and contribute to our overall marketing goals. Key Responsibilities: Campaign Management: Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns to achieve performance goals. Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective ad strategies tailored to different marketing objectives, including brand awareness, lead generation, and sales. Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, including click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, and cost-per-click (CPC). Provide regular reports and actionable insights. Budget Management: Allocate and manage advertising budgets efficiently to maximize ROI. Adjust bids and budgets based on performance and market trends. Keyword Research: Conduct thorough keyword research to identify high-performing keywords and optimize ad copy for better targeting and relevance. Ad Creation: Design compelling ad copy and visuals that engage target audiences and align with campaign objectives. A/B Testing: Implement A/B testing strategies to continuously improve ad performance and discover the most effective ad elements. Collaboration: Work closely with the creative team to develop engaging ad content and with the analytics team to track and interpret performance data. Qualifications: Experience: Proven experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns with a track record of success. Certifications: Google Ads Certification and Meta Blueprint Certification are preferred. Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. Proficiency in using Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and other related tools. Knowledge: Deep understanding of digital marketing trends, PPC strategies, and audience targeting techniques. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to present data and insights effectively. Creativity: Strong creative skills with the ability to develop engaging ad content and visuals.
