Role Description

• We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Google Ads Specialist for a full-time, on-site role in Kolkata. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, implementing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads to drive measurable ROI for clients in both Indian and International markets.
• This role requires a data-driven professional with strong analytical and creative skills who can effectively manage campaigns, monitor performance, and develop strategies to achieve growth targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Shopping, and YouTube).
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting to optimize campaigns.
• Monitor daily performance, analyze metrics, and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and insights for clients.
• Collaborate with the SEO and digital marketing teams to align paid strategies with overall goals.
• Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in Google Ads and paid media.
• Manage ad budgets effectively to ensure efficient spend allocation.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing successful Google Ads campaigns.
• Strong knowledge of PPC strategies, keyword optimization, bidding strategies, and A/B testing.
• Proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics, and related tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to create compelling ad copy and creatives.
• Certification in Google Ads (preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree in related field.
• Prior experience in digital marketing agencies is a plus.
