As a growing digital marketing agency, we are looking for a results-driven Google Ads Specialist with 2–5 years of hands-on experience. If you’ve successfully managed at least 10 performance-focused campaigns in the past year and are passionate about digital advertising, we want to hear from you. Key Responsibilities: Plan, launch, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Remarketing, etc.) Conduct in-depth keyword research and create high-performing ad copy Monitor performance metrics (CTR, CPC, Conversions, ROAS) and prepare reports Implement A/B tests and continuously improve campaign outcomes Collaborate with the creative and technical teams to align ad strategies with overall marketing goals Troubleshoot issues, suggest improvements, and stay up to date with platform updates What We’re Looking For: 2–5 years of proven experience in managing Google Ads accounts Must have handled at least 10 paid campaigns in the last 12 months Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Excellent communication and client-handling abilities Educational background in Science or Commerce preferred Google Ads Certification is a plus Eligibility: The candidate should be based in Noida, Delhi, or nearby NCR areas Immediate joiners preferred How to Apply: Please share your resume along with a brief portfolio of campaigns you’ve managed, including key metrics and results.
