Google Ads Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, launch, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Remarketing, etc.)
• Conduct in-depth keyword research and create high-performing ad copy
• Monitor performance metrics (CTR, CPC, Conversions, ROAS) and prepare reports
• Implement A/B tests and continuously improve campaign outcomes
• Collaborate with the creative and technical teams to align ad strategies with overall marketing goals
• Troubleshoot issues, suggest improvements, and stay up to date with platform updates

What We’re Looking For:

• 2–5 years of proven experience in managing Google Ads accounts
• Must have handled at least 10 paid campaigns in the last 12 months
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and client-handling abilities
• Educational background in

  Science

  or

  Commerce

  preferred
• Google Ads Certification is a plus
